In an effort to reduce waste and improve quality, manufactures have increasingly been applying quality check markings and in some instances individually printed labels containing barcodes and information specific to each part. The machine shown below incorporates a Zebra barcode printer. Each label is printed with two barcodes including one that is unique to each part. Application of the label is automatic, this unit flips the label 90 degrees before it is applied. We have successfully integrated other quality marking systems such as pin markers (Telesis), impact markers (Columbia Marking Tools) and ink markers (Sterling Markers) into the machines we design.
